Though an ancient tradition, modern versions of yoga are an ideal antidote to our fast-paced North American lives.

My yoga classes are tailored to your individual needs to provide you with opportunities for self-healing, awareness, and personal growth by allowing you to connect to the innate wisdom of your unique body. New clients complete an initial holistic consultation, which is used to create a custom plan that fits with your life and personal goals.

In all of my classes, I focus on accessibility, attention to proper alignment, building physical and mental strength, honouring the breath, and moving playfully and gently through physical and emotional blockages.
