Designed for parents + kids under 10. No previous yoga experience required!
Playfully explore movement and breath in this family-oriented one-hour yoga flow. We begin by calming and quieting the mind using accessible, kid-friendly meditation techniques, then warm up the body using the breath and movement principles of vinyasa flow yoga. We move through a series of fun and challenging poses to playfully build strength, flexibility, and focus. Using storytelling, partner poses, role playing, and guided meditation, family yoga will leave the whole family feeling calm, relaxed, and refreshed!
