I finally tried the Oh She Glows overnight oats recipe and, jeez Lou-eeeez, I’m about ready to take over the world. This vegan recipe is packed with protein, fibre, fruit, and lots of wholesome goodness.
And, best of all, you don’t have to be a domestic superstar to pull it off. It takes less than five – no, probably less than FOUR – minutes to make the night before. And in the morning, all you need to do is throw in your fruit, some hemp hearts, and whatever other delish toppings your sunshiney morning heart calls for. I added a drizzle of some beautiful, organic Ontario honey that was gifted to me from a friend. Not entirely vegan, so stick to the maple syrup if you’re opposed to bee byproducts.
